About Walmond Group
A global group operating six companies in real estate development and immersive technology since 2015.
Built one company at a time.
The group’s first company, KOMPANIONS, was started in 2015 to build augmented- and virtual-reality learning content for schools. EDIIIE followed with simulation and digital-twin engineering for industry, defence and government, and became the shared engineering team behind the group’s other technology companies.
Walmond Constructions began acquiring and developing land in across our markets in 2018, and has since delivered more than 100 acres of residential plotting in the Jaipur area. In 2020 the group added Cognihab, for clinical VR therapy, and iXRLabs, for university laboratories. Rajvanam, a managed farmhouse estate off the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, is the newest project.

Rajvanam: managed luxury farmhouses

Rajvanam is a low-density managed farmhouse community: 31 estates on 27 acres, with a central clubhouse, resort services, organic kitchen gardens, a managed homestay programme and round-the-clock security. Over 70% of the estate is kept as open green, with more than 10,000 trees planted.
Residential plotting, Jaipur
Walmond Constructions has delivered more than 100 acres of residential plotted development in and around Jaipur since 2018, working alongside large conglomerates and established brands in the Jaipur market, including Tata Projects.
Every development was offered only after statutory approvals, title verification and documentation were complete, with roads, services and utilities in place so that buyers could build rather than wait.
